Canceling
Your Order
All canceled orders will receive a 20% cancellation fee on the total amount of
the sale and there WILL NOT BE
ANY EXCEPTIONS, even if canceled within a few minutes after purchase. (A
“PURCHASE” OR “PAYMENT” IS WHEN YOU GIVE US YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER,
CHECK, MONEY ORDER, WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL, AND/OR ANY OTHER MEANS OF PAYMENT,
EITHER OVER THE PHONE, BY MAIL OR ONLINE). The reason that we charge the 20% cancellation
fee is because we have to pull the product(s) from our inventory and/or purchase
them from the manufacture or distributor and/or get them shipped to us. And this
usually takes place right when you give us your payment. So once the purchase is
placed/authorized by the customer (meaning you give us your means of payment),
even if the product(s) have not been shipped, and you wish to cancel, you WILL
be charged a 20% cancellation fee. If you ordered a wheel/tire package, and we
mount and balance them, you will also be charged and additional $18 PER
WHEEL/TIRE (4 x $18 = $72).
Returns
You MUST get an RA (Return Authorization) number from us BEFORE you decide to
ship the product(s) back to us. You may return product(s) as long as they are in
NEW condition (meaning they were not even put on/in the vehicle), within 10 days
of the purchase date. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee when the wheels
are returned to us WITH NO EXCEPTION. You are also going to be charged the full
shipping charges to you, and you will be responsible for return shipping
arrangements for the product(s) back to us. If you ordered a wheel/tire package
and we mount and balance them you will also be charged $18 PER WHEEL/TIRE (4 x
$18 = $72).
Refusing
Shipment
If
you refuse shipment(s) YOU WILL BE charged a 20% restocking fee, all shipping
charges to you, and then all shipping charges for the product(s) back to us.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. You will be credited back this amount AFTER the
product(s) are returned and inspected by us. (FOR EXAMPLE: If you were charged
$950 for your product(s) and shipping charges to you are $50 you will be
credited back 20% of $950 ($950-$190=$760) and then you will then be charged $50
for shipping the product(s) to you, and then an additional $50 for the return
shipping charges back to us. (TOTAL PURCHASE: $1000. $1000-$190-$50-$50=$710
credit back to you). If you ordered a wheel/tire package and we mount and
balance them you will also be charged $18 PER WHEEL/TIRE (4 x $18 = $72)).

Shopping
After You Buy
If
you purchase product(s) from Extreme Customs, LLC and you then find a better
price online or at a local shop you will not be credited the difference in the
price. Prices change daily due to stock and availability and at the quantity
they were purchased at. Please shop around BEFORE you agree to purchase your
product(s) from us. We do our best to have the best prices. If you see a better
price please let us know BEFORE you buy.
Warranty
The
only warranties that are offered from Extreme Customs, LLC are the full
warranties offered by the manufacture. If you have any questions about the
warranty of any of the product(s) that we offer please feel free to contact us.
Privacy
Policy
All of your information that you provide to Extreme Customs, LLC is between you
and us. We do not sell or give out ANY of your private information to anyone
without your consent. All of your information is private and we respect it. Many
of the phone calls placed and received are recorded.
Errors
Extreme Customs, LLC is not responsible for pricing errors published on any of
it’s websites. If an item is showed “In Stock” on any of our websites and
it turns out that they are not, you will receive a FULL refund. If there is a
pricing error (EX. a product that would normally be $200 and the customer
purchased it for $20) You will be refunded immediately and we may not contact
you. Because this is not the customers fault and just an error, you will not be
charged a restocking fee.
Free Shipping
Most
of the websites owned/operated by Extreme Customs, LLC advertise free shipping.
Free shipping is offered if the product(s) are in stock at our warehouse, and
most of the product(s) that we have to drop ship will also receive free
shipping. Some of the product(s) that we have to drop ship (only if they are too
far from your location) will require an additional fee. If this is, you will be
notified and you will have the option to cancel your order and not be charged a cancellation
fee.
Shipping
If
you purchase your product(s) with a credit card we will only ship the product(s)
to the billing address (the address where your credit card statements come) of
the credit card only, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need us to ship it
to an address other than the billing address please
call the number on the back of the credit card that you are going to use and add
a secondary address (this will be the address where you want us to ship the
product(s)) and then we will be able to ship to that address.
Installation
Extreme Customs, LLC recommends
that you take product(s) that you purchase from us and have them installed by a
trained professional. Extreme Customs, LLC is not responsible for any damages
that incur if you decided to attempt to install the product(s) yourself. Extreme
Customs, LLC is also not responsible for any damages that incur during the
installation by a trained professional. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT GOES
WRONG WITH THE INSTALLATION OF YOUR PRODUCT(S). Extreme Customs, LLC assumes NO
liability whatsoever on items that are installed incorrectly.

Some
products sold by Extreme Customs, LLC are intended for off-road/show/race use
only and are not intended for public highways. You are
